If the EHS Academy code is not accepted in the panel or authorization does not finish correctly, one of the checks below usually fixes it. Work through the list from the top.
Check first
- 1The code is fresh — if the headset screen has been open for a while, refresh EHS Academy and use a new code.
- 2The headset has internet — connect it to Wi-Fi before entering the code in the panel.
- 3The panel is in the right organization — if you belong to several organizations, switch to the one that should receive the headset.
- 4You have device access — your account needs permissions to manage devices in the organization.
- 5The app is EHS Academy — use the correct Meta Store app, not an old or test build.
The code was accepted, but the device is missing
After you enter the code, Skillsive may limit the device list to the model recognized by the headset. If this is a new headset, click Create New Device instead of looking for it on the list.
If the device already exists but is not listed, check whether it has the correct model. When unsure, create a new device record for this headset.
Authorization expired
If the panel returned to the first step or shows that the session expired:
- 1Return to the headset.
- 2Refresh the EHS Academy login screen or restart the app.
- 3Enter the new code in Sign In By Code.
- 4Repeat device selection and authorization confirmation.
Do not reuse the old code
The previous code may look valid, but it will not work after the session has expired or authorization was rejected.
Still not working?
Contact support and include:
- headset model,
- EHS Academy app version,
- organization name,
- the step where the process stops: code entry, device selection, authorization confirmation, or returning to the headset.
