This guide covers the full first run of a VR headset: installing EHS Academy, signing the headset into the organization with a code, and downloading courses for testing.

1. Prepare the headset
- 1Charge the headset and connect it to stable Wi-Fi.
- 2Install EHS Academy from the Meta Store if it is not installed yet.
- 3Open EHS Academy and keep the screen with the code open.
Do not interrupt the process
Do not turn off the headset or close EHS Academy until the Skillsive panel confirms authorization.
2. Sign in with the code
- 1Open Organization → Devices.
- 2In Sign In By Code, enter the code from the headset.
- 3Select an existing device or click Create New Device.
- 4Check the summary and click Confirm Authorization.
- 5Return to the headset and click the button under the code.
3. Download courses
After successful sign-in, EHS Academy shows the courses available to your organization.
- 1Select the courses you want to test.
- 2Wait for the download to finish. Do not turn off the headset and do not let it go to sleep.
- 3After download, select a course and click Play.
4. Check the panel
After the first course launch, return to the Skillsive panel and check:
- whether the device is visible in Devices,
- whether it has the right name, color, and number,
- whether activity appears under the correct organization,
- whether you can later analyze results and reports.
Ready for testing
The headset is signed in, courses are downloaded, and the organization can start VR testing. After the test, contact us to choose the subscription and rollout scope.
